ኤርትራ ሲምፖዝዩም 2022 ኣብ 15–17 ሚያዝያ 2022 ኣብ ፍራንክፉርት፡ ጀርመን፡ ብኤሪ-ፕላትፎርም ተሳሊጡ፣ ስርሑ በዚ ዚስዕብ ወግዓዊ መግለጺ ደምዲሙ።

ኣምር

ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ዚበለጸ ህይወት ናይ ሓርነት፡ ፍትሒ፡ ደሞክራስን ራህዋን መታን ኪነብር ንናጽነት ዘይተኣደነ መስዋእቲ ከፊሉ። ዘስደምም ናይ ታሪኽ ግሪንቢጥ ኰይኑ ግን፡ ዓወት ኣብ ብረታዊ ቃልሲ ኣብ እዋን ሰላም ልክዕ ተጻይ ኵነታት ፈጢሩ። ኤርትራውያን ፖለቲካዊ ምንቅስቓሳት፡ ጕጅለታትን ውልቀሰባትን፡ ኣብ ውሽጥን ኣብ ወጻእን፡ ኣብ ውሽጢ ሃገር በቚሉ ዚዓቢ ለውጥን ርጉእ ስግግርን ናብ ሓደ ኣብ ግዝኣተ ሕጊ ዚተመስረተ፡ ደሞክራስያዊ መትከላት ዚኽተል፡ መሰረታዊ መሰላትን ሓርነታትን ኰነ ራህዋ ናይ ኵሎም ዜጋታት ዘውሕስ ቅዋማዊ መንግስቲ ንምድራኽ ብሓባር ኪሰርሑ የድሊ።

ምእንቲ’ዚ ዕላማ’ዚ፡ ኤሪ-ፕላትፎርም ኣብ ትሕቲ ኣድላይነት ሓባራዊ ራእይ ንርጉእ ስግግር ዚብል ቴማ ኤርትራ ሲምፖዝዩም 2022 ኣጋቢኡ። እቲ ሲምፖዝዩም፡ ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራውያን ተነጣጠፍቲ ኣብ ዳያስፖራ፡ ምሕዝነት ንምድልዳልን ጥርናፈ ንምህናጽን ዚዓለመ፡ ግሁድን ክፉትን ልዝብ ዘሳለጠ፡ ሓሙሽተ ነንሓድሕዱ ዚዘማመድን ዚመላላእን ቴማዊ ፓነላት ወዲቡ።

ኣብ ልዕሊ’ቲ ኣብ 2017 ዘሳለጠቶ ዋዕላ መቐይሮኣዊ ምትሕብባር (ዋመም) ብምህናጽ፡ ኤሪ-ፕላትፎርም ነቲ 5^ይ ድጋመት ናይቲ ኣብ ኤውሮጳን ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣመሪካን ዚእንገድ ተኸታታሊ ሲምፖዝዩማት ዚዀነ ኤርትራ ሲምፖዝዩም 2022 ኣጋቢኣ። ተሳተፍቲ ሲምፖዝዩም ዚተፈላለዩ ኣብ ፖለቲካዊ ውድባት፡ በርጌሳዊ ማሕበራትን ጕጅለታት ተጣበቕቲ ሰብኣዊ መሰላትን ዚነጥፉ ኤርትራውያን ተነጣጠፍቲ ይሓቍፍ።

ኤሪ-ፕላትፎርም (AISBL) ግዝኣተ ሕጊ፡ ደሞክራስያዊ መትከላትን ኣኽብሮት ሰብኣዊ መሰላትን ንምትብባዕን፣ ኣብ ኣገደስቲ ምስዚኦም ዚዛመዱ፡ ንኤርትራን ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃን ዚጸልዉ ሃገራዊ፡ ዞባውን ኣህጕራውን ጕዳያትን ፍጻሜታትን ሓቛፊ ልዝብ ንምውዳድን፣ ዚሰርሕ ኣህጕራዊ በርጌሳዊ ማሕበር ኢዩ።

ኣርእስቲ

ኤርትራ ሲምፖዝዩም 2022 ኣብዘን ዚስዕባ ሓሙሽተ ቴማዊ ፓነላት ዘተኰረ ነይሩ፦

1. ጀኦፖለቲካ፦ ዞባዊ ግጭታዊ ዳይናሚክስን ምስሳን ረብሓ ሃገራዊ ድሕነት ኤርትራን።
2. ለውጢ ካብ ውሽጢ፦ ምሕያል ተግባራዊ ዓቕሚ ህዝቢ ኣብ ደሞክራስያዊ ለውጥን ስግግርን።
3. ዕርቂ፦  ምስዓር ምምቕቓል፡ ምትፍናንን ምጕጅጃልን ኣብ ዳያስፖራ።
4. ኣማራጺ ራእይ፦ ምምድማድ ኣብ ሓባራዊ ራእይ ናይ ደሞክራስያዊትን ፍትሓዊትን ኤርትራ ዚተመስረተ ሓባራዊ ባይታ።
5. ጥርናፈ፦ ለውጥን ደሞክራስያዊ ስግግርን ንምድራኽ ሰፊሕ ጥርናፈ ምህናጽ።

ነፍሲ ወከፍ ፓነል ብሓደ ኣላዛብን ክልተ ኣቕረብትን ዚቘመት ኰይና፡ ደድሕሪ’ቲ መግለጺ ናይ ነፍሲ ወከፍ ፓነል ክፉት ዘተ ስዒቡ።

ውጽኢት

ሰፊሕ ክትዕን ምይይጥን ድሕሪ ምክያድ፡ ተሳተፍቲ ኣብዚ ዚስዕብ ውጽኢት ተሰማሚዖም፦

1. እቲ ሲምፖዝዩም እቲ ነቲ ቅዋም ንምትግባርን ነቶም ቀንዲ ሃገራዊ ረብሓታት ኤርትራን ስኒት ህዝባን ንምክልኻልን ዘካይዶ ጥብቅና ንምቕጻል መብጽዓኡ ኣሐዲሱ።
2. እቲ ሲምፖዝዩም ርእሰ-ምምሕዳራዊ ለውጢ ናብ ርጉእ ስግግር ናብ ቅዋማዊ መንግስቲ ንምድራኽ ንተግባራዊ ዓቕሚ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ንምትብባዕ፡ ንምድጋፍን ንምሕያልን ዚኣተዎ መብጽዓ ኣሐዲሱ።
3. እቲ ሲምፖዝዩም ነቲ ስርሑ ዚመርሕ ሓፈሻዊ ባይቶ ኣቚሙ፣ ንኣፈጻጽማ ናይቶም ዚተለለዩ ዕማማት እተሳልጥ ኣወሃሃዲት ሽማግለ መስሪቱ።

 Eritrea Symposium 2022

Need for a Shared Vision for a Stable Transition

Eritrea Symposium 2022, hosted by Eri-Platform in Frankfurt, Germany, during 15–17 April 2022, concluded with the following communiqué.

Concept

The Eritrean people paid so much sacrifice for independence in pursuit of a better life of freedom, justice, democracy, and prosperity. In an ironic twist of history, however, victory in the armed struggle produced the exact opposites in peacetime. Eritrean political movements, groups, and individuals, at home and abroad, need to work together to catalyse home grown change and stable transition to a constitutional government that is founded on the rule of law, committed to democratic principles, and guarantees the fundamental rights and freedoms as well as the prosperity of all citizens.

To this end, Eri-Platform convened Eritrea Symposium 2022 under the theme of the Need for a Shared Vision for a Stable Transition. The Symposium, organised in five interrelated and complementary thematic panels, facilitated frank and open dialogue designed to strengthen solidarity and build coalescence among Eritrean activists in the Diaspora.

Building on its facilitation of the 2017 Conference on Transformative Collaboration (CTC), Eri-Platform convened Eritrea Symposium 2022, the 5^th iteration of its Symposia series hosted in Europe and the United States. Symposium participants include diverse Eritrean activists engaged in political organisations, civil society associations and human rights advocacy groups.

Eri-Platform, AISBL, is an international civil society association that works to promote rule of law, democratic principles and respect for human rights and avails a forum for inclusive dialogue on important related national, regional, and international issues and events affecting Eritrea and the Horn of Africa.

Topics

The Eritrea Symposium 2022 focused on five thematic panels, namely:

1. Geopolitics: Regional Conflict Dynamics and Sustaining Eritrea’s National Security Interest.
2. Change from Within: Empowering the People’s Agency in Democratic Change and Transition.
3. Reconciliation: Overcoming Divisions, Polarisation, and Fragmentation in the Diaspora.
4. Alternative Vision: Building Common Ground Based on a Shared Vision of a Democratic and Just Eritrea.
5. Coalescence: Building Broad Coalescence to Catalyse Change and Democratic Transition.

Each panel comprised a moderator and two panellists to address each theme, followed by open discussion.

Outcome

After extensive debates and deliberations, the participants agreed on the following outcomes:

1. The symposium renewed its commitment to continue its advocacy for the implementation of the Eritrean Constitution and the protection of the country’s vital national interests and the harmony of its people.
2. The symposium renewed its commitment to encourage, support and strengthen the agency of the Eritrean people to crystallise autonomous change toward a stable transition to a constitutional government.
3. The symposium formed a General Assembly that will guide its work and established a Coordinating Team to facilitate the execution of the identified tasks.
